Solution Sales (Managed Services)

Job Summary

Strategize, formulate and execute sales plan of Ademco Singapore, in line with company’s strategic goals, to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. 

Develop opportunities and achieve revenue targets for the condominium market, for our security-technology-as-a-service platform and our managed 

security technology services. A team player that works well with leaders of other functions to achieve the common goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales and profit/margin targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure SG leadership team are informed on the progress of those goals
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities
  • Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices
  • Participate in pricing structures of product lines or products
  • Track, present and review sales performance via Salesforce performance reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of services/software to property/real estate facility or dealing with MCST will be a bonus
  • Minimum 3 years in sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven ability to build close relationship with customers
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Proven ability to position products and differentiation against competitors
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Entrepreneurial flair; Independent, self-driven and resourceful
  • High energy level. Positive, “can do” attitude
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
