Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer is an expert in account activities management focusing on delivering excellence to ensure service quality satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Effectively handle and manage customers’ feedback and complaints
  • Responsible to upkeep the service level to ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners
  • Responsible for front-office and back-office duties which includes customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfillment
  • Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
  • Participate actively in the customer retention program and strategy
  • Tracks and assist in collection of outstanding payments in relation to the income generated from your department
  • Ad-hoc duties such as billing and filing
  • Perform other duties or projects assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma level and above with 3-4 years of experience in service-related industry
  • Meticulous, organised and an effective team player
  • Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken, to liaise with English and Chinese speaking clients
  • Urgent hiring
