The Customer Service Officer is an expert in account activities management focusing on delivering excellence to ensure service quality satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Effectively handle and manage customers’ feedback and complaints
- Responsible to upkeep the service level to ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners
- Responsible for front-office and back-office duties which includes customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfillment
- Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
- Participate actively in the customer retention program and strategy
- Tracks and assist in collection of outstanding payments in relation to the income generated from your department
- Ad-hoc duties such as billing and filing
- Perform other duties or projects assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma level and above with 3-4 years of experience in service-related industry
- Meticulous, organised and an effective team player
- Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken, to liaise with English and Chinese speaking clients
