Job Summary:
Successful candidate will be responsible for in house MIS and End user matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle PC/Laptop Support, Outlook, Windows
- Handle daily IT End user Issues
- Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
- Maintaining Asset Inventories.
- Maintain and update IT Documentation and Policy.
- Participate in annual BCM and IT DR exercise
- Vendor Management
- Any other tasks when assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ITE in any IT related discipline and with 1 year working experience
- Knowledge of windows Operating Systems, Active Directory and Networking
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Singaporeans only
