Job Description:
- Perform administration and order management functions.
- Manage the creation of recurring monthly contract modules in CRM (Salesforce)
- Process all job orders accurately to facilitate smooth billing.
- Process the claims of jobs completed by the Project team.
- Prepare monthly reports on the status of maintenance contracts.
- Prepare monthly meeting minutes for the Sales team.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and follow up of JO creation activities.
- Provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce) is an added advantage.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in sales would be an added advantage

- Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- On the job training will be provided
