Admin Officer

Job Description:

  • Perform administration and order management functions.
  • Manage the creation of recurring monthly contract modules in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Process all job orders accurately to facilitate smooth billing.
  • Process the claims of jobs completed by the Project team.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the status of maintenance contracts.
  • Prepare monthly meeting minutes for the Sales team.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and follow up of JO creation activities.
  • Provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce) is an added advantage.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales would be an added advantage
  • All are welcome to apply, including mature and meticulous individual with attention to details and a logical mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
  • On the job training will be provided
