Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Formulate and execute sales plan in line with company long term and mid-term goals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. A people person and team player that works well with leaders of other functions to achieve the common goals of Ademco.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet the company’s revenue goals and expand market share effectively.
  • Proactively Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and new client accounts, including untapped markets and emerging sectors.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to drive productivity and enhance team effectiveness.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Preparation of quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and negotiating contracts to optimize profitability while addressing customer requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to provide actionable insights to the management team regarding growth opportunities and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Generate and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Strive to exceed revenue targets while maintaining robust profit margins and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same industry with a proven track record in sales and business development.
