Senior Call Services Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all calls and alarm signals in a timely and efficient manner, and according to operating procedures
  • Attend to customers’ complaints via phone or correspondence professionally
  • Update and maintain a good record on all customers
  • Be involved actively in the customer retention program and strategy
  • Provide guidance to Call Services Officers

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work on permanent night shift, including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and PC knowledge
  • Able to speak Mandarin to assist Mandarin speaking customers (local and overseas) will have added advantage
  • Min 2 years of Call Centre experience
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
