Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to all calls and alarm signals in a timely and efficient manner, and according to operating procedures
- Attend to customers’ complaints via phone or correspondence professionally
- Update and maintain a good record on all customers
- Be involved actively in the customer retention program and strategy
- Provide guidance to Call Services Officers
Job Requirements:
- Able to work on permanent night shift, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and PC knowledge
- Able to speak Mandarin to assist Mandarin speaking customers (local and overseas) will have added advantage
- Min 2 years of Call Centre experience
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
