Temp Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating customer account data
  • Ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners
  • Responsible for back-office duties which includes customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment
  • Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy of records and proper record keeping
  • Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Fast learner in computer systems
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications is a must, ERP/CRM system is an advantage
  • Able to multitask, organized and have a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast pace environment with minimum supervision
  • Able to commence work immediately
  • No work visa application required
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Working hours: 3 week days (8:30am – 6pm) with 1 hour lunch break
